[arm-allstar] "Permanent" Linking

Depending on why it disconnected, it may not reconnect.

I made a Cron entry to connect the node connection each night. That way if
it fails and doesn't reconnect, it will every 24 hours.  (Or more often if
ya wanted. )

I think I remember someone saying you can run a connect command every hour
and it will connect if not connected at the time it runs.

I'm sure the powers that be will confirm.
