[arm-allstar] Pi3 Sale, cases, memory, etc.

These are the cases I'm using--I've got a dozen or more deployed. I'm only
looking for protection for the PCB in a repeater rack, etc. I leave the 
end cover off the micro-SD card end, to improve ventilation. I like this

For installations in cabinets, I also always install a small heatsink on

And, add a DC-DC converter similar to this:

.....This all combines to be a $50 repeater controller that is at least as 
reliable as my legacy embedded PC's! ....At a tiny fraction of the power 
usage, too!
