[arm-allstar] Baofeng 888 programming problem

I can CONFIRM that this does work with older BF888s.
Go to CH 10, hold in PTT and Monitor (Button right below PTT) and hold
these while turning on.  The radio will say "OFF" .
If you want to reverse this and turn voices back on, just repeat this
procedure.
Give this a try before marking the BF888s off your list.
