[arm-allstar] Radioless Node

I use a radio-less node at home. I fell into a pile of Motorola local
control desksets. They look like a telephone and are meant to be directly
connected to a radio. I connected one directly to a usb fob. It sounds
great and I use it at home to monitor my network.
