[arm-allstar] Another IMPORTANT update

Doug,
As one of the managers of a 30+ repeater network that uses RF links, Allstar and IRLP, the work you guys have done with the DTMF DSP is awesome. I really appreciate it.
Whatever the future methods are that are being worked on, I hope the current method remains in place.
