[arm-allstar] Disable DTMF muting?

Wonder if you can connect to both nodes and enter in the asterisk cli and
monitor what is decoded as dtmf at each

to do so ssh to both node and at the linux prompt enter asterisk -rvvvv the
number of time you will entre v at the end will change the verbose settings
of asterisk. It usely start at level 3. the more you will put the more
message you will see. if you put too much the dtmf detection could be
buried under lots of other message. you could need to read the asterisk log
files and filter out the dtmf comment.
