[arm-allstar] Disable DTMF muting?

Group,

Is there a way to disable DTMF muting from RF to the internet with Allstar?

Our large link system is looking to gradually move away from IRLP and 
migrate to Allstar but one thing holding it up is being able to pass 
DTMF audio through the internet to the far end.
We need this in order to execute macros on our 7330 controllers no 
matter where we are within the system.
