i got mine working, typos will kill :). Also did you add the two lines
in the rpt.conf file in the  section where you define your node?

from howto:

You must add the following statements to your /etc/asterisk/rpt.conf
file for swissarmy to function.
connpgm=/usr/local/sbin/supermon/swissarmy 1
discpgm=/usr/local/sbin/supermon/swissarmy 0   
These statements are added in the node section for EACH defined node on
your Allstar server.
