[arm-allstar] Icom IC-706 MKIIG Interfacing

Anyone using an IC-706 as a node radio? A friend is attempting to interface
one and he's having some problems. Does the '706 have any particular
idiosyncrasies associated with using the 1200 baud data port (other than
setting up the internal menu)? If you can help, please contact Dave, K5FOY
