You should not have to do this and I would generally not recommend it. Just
put the port in that you will be using, Listen 80 or whatever port you are
using.
One thing you need to check though that I forgot to mention is if you are
using DHCP make sure you lock the DHCP address down in your router as
static (some call it permanent or reserved) and then port forward to that
address. Also the router would assign different IP addresses for wired and
wireless so pick one only and don't switch. If you have both going at the
same time you will have problems.
