[arm-allstar] Soundcard FOB

I modafied this

soundcard and it works great other than low TX and Rec audio. It's ok if I
use 999 settings on both but I would like to get it closer to the middle.
Everything works good with the URI interface. On the Mic line I have a 10uf
capacitor and no resistor. RXBOOST is on. Any ideals?
