Kevin,
Well if you are seeing that message you are in fact making it to your
Allstar server. As long as you have the URL correct it should work. You
don't have more than one server and maybe going to the wrong one?
Also from outside you do need to use your public IP address or domain name
but I think you know that if you got that message.
