[arm-allstar] this is a test -If you see this the web server is working

I have seemed to resolve the allmon issue, now the problem I have is when I
try to connect  to my node from outside my router I get the message "this is
a test -If you see this the web server is working " yet when I type
ipaddress/allmon2 I get cannot connect? I have port forwarded to port80 in
router settings. Any ideas what I am missing?
