[arm-allstar] Echolink dropping out

Hi Barry,
I haven't heard any reports of this kind of issue with echolink. I've got
a couple echolink nodes down here for testing and both seem well behaved,
running weeks at the time without hiccups. Also, the previously seen
issues with echolink causing asterisk crashes seem to be resolved (or at
least much better hidden!), as of the version 1.5.
I suspect the issue you're having is due to either network or router woes
of some sort.
