[arm-allstar] Fwd: Hacked?

This guy was using the phone portal, dialed in to my 42640 node and then 
was dialing Echolink nodes all over, including the one that auto-plays 
Newsline.  Tying up 35 repeaters in the process. I couldn't force a 
disconnect.  I would like to know how to prevent these connections.
