[arm-allstar] Setting up voting, I'm missing something.

Chuck,

I am assuming that you want to RX from all 3 sites and vote? Each site will
need an RTCM and a 1 PPS clock for the timing. I used the Garmin GPS 18x
LVC

In the rpt.conf, you will need to define the rxchannel=Voter/node number

Make sure that the master can ping the remote sites.
