I'm still trying to fully implement Echolink on our node. The node is
connected directly to an Icom repeater. I believe duplex is set to 1.
Echolink is technically working but not exactly as I think it should. What
I would like to do is set up my "-L" node on an Allstar node. I've got that
working. Then, we would like to link our main ("-R") node to the "-L" node.
I can link them, and when a user transmits from the -R node the audio is
sent out, but RF coming to the repeater is not making it all the way to the
-R node. A user connected to the -L node (on the Allstar node) can transmit
and receive audio fromt he RF side. Any thoughts on why we wouldn't be
getting audio from the RF through -L and out to -R?
Another solution we have talked aobut would be to put -R directly on the
Allstar node. We would have to allow conference mode, and we would need to
allow around 20 stations at most. Will Allstar on a Pi support that many
conference users? We had it set up this way today, but we were having
trouble connecting more than two or three users.
