[arm-allstar] transmitting using allstar link

Derrick,

 Something like this is hard to troubleshoot via email as it is just back
and forth. It would be best to talk on the phone and also if your server is
ssh port forwarded I could log in and check things out. It could lead to a
much quicker fix. If you want I could call you. Just send me a private
