[arm-allstar] Kenwood TM-V71A as a remote base

Hi Rob,

The hardware referred to was originally designed for the TMG-707A radio
and I have 2 boards that I've used with 707's.  I suspect this hardware
will also work find with a D710, however I haven't confirmed that. I
suspect the V71A will work, too...Can anyone confirm this??

All these radios should be "adequately" supported by the hamlib software.

The boards just connect to a standard RS-232C interface. USB-serial 
adapters work fine and will work with the hamvoip RPi/BBB releases; I've 
used the 707 with V1.5.  Here is a original link:

Note that you only need the "A" side board. The boards I got came from
