[arm-allstar] SSH Enable

ssh is enabled on ALL hamvoip releases and the fact that it is not on your
assuming you did not diable it points to some kind of corruption. I would
have no idea why it would be turned of. As far as I know you are the first
person who has had that problem. This is what you should see -

# systemctl status sshd

* sshd.service - OpenSSH Daemon
   Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/sshd.service; enabled; vendor
preset: disabled)
   Active: active (running) since Mon 2017-05-01 12:53:34 EDT; 1 months 4
days ago

    Tasks: 1 (limit: 512)
   CGroup: /system.slice/sshd.service
           `-341 /usr/bin/sshd -D

and the log of connections not displayed.
