[arm-allstar] SSH Enable

I would say the majority of problems are from people who use weak
passwords. I would expect many of the nodes out there use their call
letters as their password or some simple name or word. If they used at
least 10 characters and a mixture of upper/lower/and special characters it
would not be a problem.
