[arm-allstar] SSH Enable

I would recommend against this, unless you simply have no other
option, and if you do, I would recommend setting the "PermitRootLogin
without-password" in the sshd configuration.  Changing the port is
nothing but security by obscurity.  Far better if you're going to
leave SSH open to the world, you limit it to only SSH-Key
authentication.  Take it from someone who just had his hub node
running on Dial compromised last night, and a Linux sys-admin by day!
