[arm-allstar] Repeater PL

Pete,

 You are aware that usbradio is a completely different channel driver than
simplusb right? You need to use the radio-tune-menu to setup not
simpleusb-tune-menu and you need to point your radio=  in your node in
rpt.conf to the usb radio channel driver. Once you are using usbradio
nothing in simpleusb has anything to do with it.
