[arm-allstar] Question on tax registry

Joel,

 Before you pull your hair out this may be an Allstar registration server
problem. It has happened before. Try taking it offline entirely overnight
and try again tomorrow. If it persists we will have to take it from there.

Do you have other nodes there that are registering properly?
