[arm-allstar] Question on tax registry

Joel,

Yes it says it is not registering so that is the issue. A couple of
questions -

You do have good Internet access and domain lookup?

At the Linux prompt ping allstarlink.org or ucsd.edu
Are you getting returns?

Are you using a wireless provider through a cell or a fixed connection at
home either wired or wireless?
