[arm-allstar] AutoSky acting a bit retarded

For some reason, the local node I have AutoSky loaded on is saying 
"Updated weather information: Heat Advisory, Heat Advisory, Heat Advisory."

Sometimes it's just saying it twice.

I'm not sure why it's repeating that, other than they have issued a 
second heat advisory for tomorrow afternoon in addition to today.

Is there anyway to truncate it down to only saying a particular hazard 
type once?
