[arm-allstar] Local DNS Server on Allstar R-Pi not answering 127.0.0.1

John,

  OK, you are aware you can run only one instance of Echolink on a single
public IP right? You have to decide which system to use. You could then
test connect to yourself using a smart phone with Echolink and using the
cell system NOT your LAN wifi.
