[arm-allstar] LSNODES howto

I have added an lsnodes howto in the howto/software section at the
hamvoip.org site and removed old data from the web page. lsnodes was update
in V1.5 but the operation is still the same with the addition of a
configurable drop-down menu for commands. Please see the howto for
additional information on how to use it. lsnodes is installed in all
hamvoip packages.
