[arm-allstar] Playnews migration to v1.5

Am unable to initiate playnews manually or from cronjob in v1.5.
Am requesting a check on the way I implemented playnews in the new 1.5
release.

In new v1.5 node I created a new temporary directory path which matches
that in my old 1.02beta.

/media/USBDRV/TEMP_DIRECTORY

I then cut/paste the playnews files from the old 1.2beta into an identical
directory and path in the new 1.5 installation

/etc/asterisk/local/playnews

Made sure the VOICEDIR and TMPDIR paths are correct in the script.
VOICEDIR="/etc/asterisk/local/playnews"
TMPDIR="/media/USBDRV/TEMP_DIRECTORY"

rebooted.
Unable to initiate from cronjob or command line.

Am I missing something?
