[arm-allstar] I'm having problems with the 1.5 build.

  As was pointed out the README is available for download at the image
download location on the hamvoip.org web site. Select 'download' at the top
and it will take you to that section.

The README for V1.5 was not meant to be an all inclusive document on how to
setup Allstar but rather information on changes, additions and updates to
the code. There are setup documents at the hamvoip.org website in the howto
section and in text on the web page itself that discuss this.
