[arm-allstar] Echolink loading in V1.5

Hi,

Hum..I would think the semicolon would be enough, I'm running that exact 
config on 2 systems that are echolink enabled.

But, you can explicitly load the module with:

load=chan_echolink.so

in the /etc/asterisk/modules.conf file.

Make sure to configure your /etc/asterisk/echolink.conf file as well.
