Talking about making the source available and actually making the
source available are two different things. So far there has only been
talk about releasing the source, eventually. This does not meet the
criteria of the license.
Giving Doug the benefit of the doubt, I asked for a link to the
source. He deferred to a README that does not contain the source. I'm
still waiting for that link to the source code.
