[arm-allstar] Remote Base on RPi's

Josh,

 The RPI releases include hamlib - type   rigctl -l   at the Linux prompt.
The listed rigs can be controlled with a rather simple script called by a
DTMF sequence or asterisk command. There is a link to hamlib info on the
hamvoip.org web page.

I should probably do an example script for this and put it out there but
basically  Allstar would call a script with a parameter written in the
language of your choice, bash, python, perl, etc.  That script would use
hamlib to control the radio usually via USB or a USB to serial adapter.

Hamlib uses a standard set of commands to control the radio - type rigctl
and then  ? at the command input for a list of commands. For instance a
lowercase f reads the radio frequency while an uppercase F xxxxxxx   sets
the frequency.
