[arm-allstar] V3 PI question

Ok, update. Dave McGough. Apparently there is a buggs bunny somewhere. I was able to successfully log into the pi with Juice Ssh on my LG tablet.
Doug. Am I able to instal the vnc server package to run with this version of pi?
I guess since I'm able to use Juice SSH I may not need vnc.
