[arm-allstar] Hang time

A brief description of our system befoer I ask the question. We (PAPA
system) have several allstar nodes, 29941 dstar channel, 29926 Echolink,
29940 IRLP and 40685 <-->43626 where our RTCMs are connected and that
serves as node that we tie all the other nodes to. Allstar is install on
the same physical system that we have XRF012 running on so that we can tie
our analog system to dstar and other things.

It seems we have an unusually long hange time (8 sec) on our analog
repeaters whenever there is any activity coming through on our node 29941
from dstar. We don't experience this whenever there is activity on the
other nodes. What setting in asterisks can I change to decrease the hang
time? Below is another clairification on how the nodes are connected.

analog repeaters---->43626<-->40685<-->29941---->dstar

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
