[arm-allstar] Supermon working locally but not from web

First off, thanks to Doug and others who’ve worked with my learning curve so far!

I have supermon working locally!

How do I set this up for viewing from public static IP ?

Tried to forward port 5038 and access with public ip:5038/supermon with no luck

Looked in supermon document and don’t see instructions 

Remote ssh works great with appropriate port and credentials.
