[arm-allstar] Admin menu adding node ban allow

Hi

I have successfully copied a file and changed the name and set it to menu%50%node ban allow in the firsttime folder..... I called it
/usr/local/sbin/firsttime/user-nodebanallow.sh

This shows up in the admin menu OK

Now,

What code do I need to run in that file?

This is the file I want to execute: /usr/local/sbin/node-ban-allow.sh

This way it will be easy to access from the admin menu.
