[arm-allstar] Node ban allow menu script

I loaded the node ban allow menu script into /usr/local/etc

Is this the correct file placement ?

I’m trying to run the script in the CLI client from the admin menu list. I must have the command wrong.

Thanks for helping me with this learning curve.  Love the V1.5 interface.
