[arm-allstar] How to restrict Hub access

Our group is wanting to have our HUB allow only connections that are on a list. Basically keeping it closed to our members. I’m trying to find in the script how to set this up.

Thanks very much for the detail in answering how many connections a Pi3 can handle and the turbo mode. Very nice.
