[arm-allstar] iaxrpt howto update

Aloha,

Make sure there are no spaces at the end of your entries and the upper 
and lower case of all the entries matches what you put in the .conf 
files. This bit me in the butt on the IaxRpt android app using the auto 
fill by swiping up to fill in the box. Bring up the CLI screen and watch 
it when you click connect. That may give you a hint at what's not 
working right.
