[arm-allstar] simplified USB sound fob

I am troubleshooting a simplified usb sound fob from the hamvoip webpage. I
bought a batch of these a long time ago and all have been great. I have one
that I can not get to PTT. I've checked the 2n7000 to make sure it works.

I'm wondering if I am not getting anything from GPIO 13. How much voltage
should I be seeing from GPIO 13 when it becomes active?
