Thanks for the reply.  I don't think my issue is different echolink user having different levels.  The same low level happens from the node radio or a real Allstar user using the telephone portal, It not just the other echolink users. Maybe its an issue with the Echolink app, however when I connect to the the Echolink test server using the Echolink app, the audio is very loud.
