[arm-allstar] No audio to Broadcastify using ezstream

The timing of this particular email thread is good because I have a 
sudden new problem with one of my nodes failing to start the stream.
When I run

ezstream -qvc /etc/ezstream.xml

I get:

Segmentation fault (core dumped)

And if I try to boot the node with the outstreamcmd line in place, it 
will hang and cause the httpd service to fail also.

Any ideas what is causing a segmentation fault?
