[arm-allstar] No audio to Broadcastify using ezstream

For Crompton PI Distro, use the following in rpt.conf

outstreamcmd=/bin/sh,-c,/usr/bin/lame --preset cbr 24 --highpass 0.2 -r 
-m m -s 8 --bitwidth 16 - - 2> /tmp/stream.status | 
/usr/local/bin/ezstream -c /etc/ezstream.xml

Above courtesy of K6KYA who helped me tweak mine and it works fine now.
