[arm-allstar] Tx A Level Setting

Chris,

 Do you mean a drop out or cut off of the beginning of the audio? This
could be caused by a slow opening PL on your handheld or RX radio. Try
turning off RX PL  if you are using it or opening the squelch and see if it
does it then.
