[arm-allstar] Odd Issue With Hamvoip 1.5 - Yaesu FT-8800R and Baofeng GT-3TP

In addition to Tim's suggestions make sure your levels are correct. In
simpleusb-tune-menu item 2 - peaks to 5-6 Khz with voice.

The settings in simpleusb-tune-menu are dynamic in that they change
immediately. So you can change de-emphasis and other settings and see what
happens on the fly.

This is often a problem with Baofeng radios.
