Hi,

Are you linking nodes or monitoring them over the LTE connection?

If so, see this thread:
http://lists.hamvoip.org/pipermail/arm-allstar/2017-July/005624.html

...Note that for decent audio, with low bandwidth, the G.729 CODEC is now
the best, coming is at about 2.9 Kbytes-per-second for an actual IAX2 UDP
data stream. G.729 has been included in the hamvoip distro since the
September 10, 2017, update.

Otherwise, there are nodelist related files that get downloaded
periodically. You can disable by adding this and restarting:

echo 'export GET_NODELIST_UPDATES="disabled"' >> /usr/local/etc/allstar.env
echo 'export START_SUPERMON_AT_BOOT="disabled"' >> /usr/local/etc/allstar.env

Also, there is a small amount of data frequently being sent to the stats
server. Disable by commenting out any statpost lines in
/etc/asterisk/rpt.conf and restarting.
