[arm-allstar] No Call Signs on Smartphone Echlink App.

This may not be the place to ask this question but i don’t know were else I can go.

Last night I used my hamvoip/AllStar powered Echolink node for the first time on a net held on our repeater.

During the net I noticed 5 others who had signed in and used the Echolink node and it worked very well.

On the Echolink Android app the users were depicted by what I think is their Echolink node name, not their call sign as I remember it did previously.

How can I get the users to be listed by their call signs on the Android app?

The only thing I can think of is that we do not know the AllStar password for our repeater call sign so had to skip that on the initial hamvoip setup script. AllStar was set up long ago by someone who isn’t around any more so we can’t get the password, we can’t use the password reminder because we have no idea what email he used and the AllStar admin won’t reply to my emails. Could the fact that hamvoip does not have the AllStar password result in the node names being displayed on the smartphone app?

Thank you for any advice.
