[arm-allstar] Could a fresh install, with the proper settings and tweaks be done on different pi3's?

There is nothing specific about a location other than the IP address that
would not allow you to setup in one place and run in another.

Have his node number and node ID (6 digits) handy and find out what login
password he wants. Also if you knew his radio type it would help. It would
also be helpful to know his allstarlink.org login in case you need to
change or check anything there.

Burn the SD card and do the setup using his node and node PW, login
password etc. I would stay at DHCP for networking then it will just boot up
at his end.

The radio might would need final setup at his site unless you have it there.
