[arm-allstar] Can Not Connect To Node.

Hi David,
 This morning i booted the RPi and waited 5 minutes. At this point the green light on the RPi was steadily flashing the “heartbeat” pattern. Then, when i tried to sign on through the Android app, i got the same error - “too soon”.

I also noticed that the RPi did not transmit it’s ip address either like it always does after booting up.
